Signup for Skype Prime and you start charging for your Skype Calls. You can charge for English tutorials, essay help, anything you think people will pay for. If you've got a website, you can promote your service with a badge that Skype Prime helps you to design.

There are some downsides to this, the biggie is that you have to wait 4 months to get paid for the call. That sucks, but if you are doing the work in your free time then it's all gravy.

Skype Prime doesn't charge for providers, they do take a 30% cut of your take. Not the best, but hell, they're giving you the market. If you're smart, you'd offer the service only to first time customers and make a special arrangement for later work where your customers would pay you directly.
